When you’ve been doing this as long as we have, you develop relationships. We’ve worked with amazing vendors throughout the years. We connect you with the vendors that not only fit your budget, but your overall event goals. These vendors include catering, wine and liquor merchants, florists, DJs and music professionals, photographers, and just about any partner you need for your special event.
Operations & Logistics
This includes security planning, management, developing emergency plans, and procedures. We handle transportation, site management, and infrastructure planning. We are able to provide everything from tents, chairs, fencing, generators, and heavy equipment. We take care of the necessities that aren’t as “fun” as the creative and strategy parts of your event!
Event Permitting
No one enjoys getting the proper event permits and jumping through hoops, right? Wrong! We are energized by it! We have extensive experience getting permits at major venues across the country – and abroad! We've built relationships with city and county planning departments across the nation to ensure proper permitting for all the events we handle.
